Concerns have arisen regarding a 25% discrepancy in FCT. It is imperative for the CJN to administer the oath of office for a constitutional government to ensure compliance with the constitution. On AriseNews, former Attorney General of the Federation/Minister of Justice Michael Aondoakaa provides a clear interpretation and explanation of Section 134 of the 1999 constitution.

To ensure the constitution is upheld, it is essential for the CJN to administer the oath of office to a constitutional government, thus avoiding any disregard for the constitution.

Fingers crossed.

Democracy coup is when Tinubu is sworn in on may 29.

Military coup is when the military forcefully takes over a civilian government.

Democracy coup is when civilians forcefully sworn in a president that does not meet the constitutional requirements.

Worst of it all, he did not win the election but was rigged in

There is absolutely nothing wrong with him being president only if he truly merits it.

Legality bro, that's the bone of contention.
