there is evidence of compliance with
approved standards.
“This decision is in line with the
provisions of part 11, sections 15 and 16 of
CAP E3 LFN 2004 (formerly Decree 16 of
1985.
‘The Joint Admission and Matriculation
Board is also advised to stop admission
into all ND programmes in the
