Public Holidays over what? To spite the Judiciary? The judges can convene before 1pm on 29th May and declare Buhari's inauguration of Tinubu illegal.
The Judiciary has its own way to spite on the executive.

All the time; Buhari has been drawing the patience of the learned judges in the Judiciary.
Buhari only passed through a few months military school. Judges and lawyers passed through rigorous academic works to qualify.

You see this shettima double nomination case, I had to Google it just to check the fact and I discovered that the case is dead on arrival.

My opinion is, the supreme court needs to start sanctioning political parties that brings cases they know doesn't hold water.

Yes! Shettima won the APC senatorial primary representating Borno central or so, but some weeks later Tinubu needed to pick a vise of which he picked shettima.
On this regard, another primary was conducted and one lawan, presently a commissioner won the election. So I don't see why PDP will be challenging shettima's candidacy
