The Hearing Starts On Tuesday 30th May, 2023. • Proceedings include Saturdays, but exclude Sundays. • There may be a Time-Keeper. • There won't be oral testimonies by the Witnesses, as they would just have to adopt their written addresses. • Witness Timing: Expert/Star Witnesses.. Examination In Chief= 30mins Cross Examination= 20mins Re-examination= 5mins. Other Witnesses.. Examination In Chief= 10mins Cross Examination= 5mins Re-examination= 5mins. 30th May: Start of presentation of cases by LP, PDP, and APM. (Also the day marks the end of presentation for APM). (Notes: APM has only one day to present its case. PDP has exactly 3 weeks to present its case. LP has 3 weeks and 3 days to present its case.) 31st May: INEC starts its defence against APM.. (The INEC’s defence against APM ends on the same day) (LP and PDP Continues) 1st June: APC starts its defence against APM.. (The APC’s defence against APM ends on the same day) (LP and PDP Continues) 2nd June: LP and PDP continues 3rd June: Tinubu and Shettima starts their defence against APM.. (LP and PDP Continues) 4th June: ==> Sunday 5th June: Tinubu and Shettima ends their defence against APM.. (LP and PDP Continues) 6th June: Kabiru Masari starts his defence against APM.. (Kabiru Masari’s defence against APM ends on the same day) (LP and PDP Continues) 7th June to 16th June: LP and PDP continues 17th June: Filing of Respondents’ Addresses with respect to APM’s Case. 18th June to 20th June: LP and PDP continues. (Also, 20th June marks the end of presentation for PDP). 21st June & 22nd June: INEC starts its defence against PDP.. (The INEC’s defence against PDP ends on 22nd June) (LP Continues it presentation) 23rd June: Tinubu and APC would start their defence against PDP.. (Also, 23rd June marks the end of presentation for LP). (Tinubu and APC both have 5-days each to present their defence against PDP.. The exact dates they have would be determined later; but the days of defence would not exceed 16th July) 24th June: INEC starts its defence against LP.. (INEC has 5 days to defend itself) 25th June: ==> Sunday 26th June: Filing of APM’s Address with respect to Respondents Addresses. (INEC’s defence against LP continue) 27th June to 29th June: INEC continues its defence against LP.. (The INEC’s defence against LP ends on 29th June) 30th June: Tinubu and Shettima start their defence against LP.. (They have 5 days together to defend themselves) 1st July: Filing of respondents replies to the address of APM. (Defence of Tinubu and Shettima against LP continues) 2nd July: Tinubu and Shettima continue with their defence against LP. 3rd July: APM and the respondents adopt their addresses and responses and replies.. (Tinubu and Shettima continue with their defence against LP.) 4th and 5th July: Tinubu and Shettima continue with their defence against LP. (Tinubu and Shettima end their defence against LP on 5th July) 6th July to 10th July: APC starts their defence against LP.. (They have 3 days together to defend themselves - APC ends their defence against LP on 10th July). 16th July: End of all Evidences. 21st July: Filing of Respondents’ Addresses with respect to LP’s Case. 26th July: Filing of Respondents’ Addresses with respect to PDP’s Case. 29th July: Filing of LP’s Address with respect to Respondents Addresses. 2nd August: Filing of PDP’s Address with respect to Respondents Addresses. 4th August: Filing of respondents replies to the address of LP. 5th August: LP and the respondents adopt their addresses and responses and replies. 7th August: Filing of respondents replies to the address of PDP. 8th August: PDP and the respondents adopt their addresses and responses and replies. May 29th, the DARK will make way for SEMI-DARK. All I know is that no matter how bad Tinubu might be, he can never be as worst as Buhari. Buhari represent everything retrograssion.
