Wrong! To be a Christian means to be a badge wearing member of the religion of Christianity. Jesus Christ no send anyone that one.

To the born-again, however, means you be Born of Water(the New Fountain of Living Water) and Born of Spirit(Spirit of Eternal Life).

To be Christian na by mouth(and probably mental assent) but to be born-again is through acceptance and obedience of God's commandment.

I think those people that were first called Christians are indeed born again and Christ like



Am also aware of babe-Christians like Paul taught, Christians without knowledge of deep knowledge of God or principles of oracles of God

And one can say babe Christians are not Christians

I mean if you take babes out of Christians, what you will have left are Born again..... Babes because they don't understand and operate in spirit things that concerned God

That was in the beginning, but the definition has changed a lot over the last 2000 years to the point that it is necessary to know the difference between being a card-carrying member of a religion and actually born again.

2. There are Christians who have been carrying that badge around for over 40 years but are still not born-again. So, again, there is a need to differentiate between the two groups.

Basically, a Christian is a badge wearer, whereas a born-again is one who is at least possessed by the Spirit of Eternal Life - John 3 vs 8 - and as Jesus Christ described, that possession is not one that can be easily overlooked or imitated. Additionally, Born-agains, are sinners who have been given documents granting them access to the Kingdom of God. They are, however, not absolved of their sins, so they are capable of continuing in sin — all those who will end up in the place of eternal damnation at the end are all born-agains.

We don't know that for sure though since ■ all we are told is that they were like Christ. Remember it could have been that they were like Christ in their going around to preach or in their healing of people. We don't have any definitive evidence to claim they were all born again.

2. A Christian today is simply one who, again, is a badge-wearing member of the religion of Christianity. That they use the name of Jesus Christ a lot does not mean they are speaking the Truth of Jesus Christ. Nor does it mean they are even born-again

3. A babe in Christ is one who is newly born-again, and such a person can choose the path of Heaven or the path that leads to destruction at the end of the day. Newborn believers are not necessarily fake as they may in fact be born-again — born of water and born of Spirit.

1. So by sticking to the definition given in the letter to the Hebrew believers...

13 Anyone who lives on milk is still a baby and is not able to understand much about living right.
14 But solid food is for people who have grown up. From their experience they have learned to see the difference between good and evil. - Hebrew 5 vs 13 - 14

... you are insinuating that anyone who is in Christ — born-again — but lacks an understanding of what it means to live right, is a babe?

Wouldn't that then equally mean that all those who have been born-again for even say decades, but had made the choice to live in disobedience of the right way are equally babes since they too, due to their disobedience, also lack understanding of what it means to live righteous?

2. So, a man who has been born-again for over 40 years, who lives rather in disobedience of God's Law is a babe, the same as a newly born-again Christian who has made the decision to obey — this person does not refuse to grow but rather is attempting to gain the understanding necessary for growth?

1. New born-again is a sinner who has been granted access into the Kingdom of God - JOhn 3 vs 1 - 21. He is still unrighteous and needs to then begin either seeking first the Kingdom of God(holiness) and then God's righteousness, in order to gain an understanding of living right — righteousness. Of course, the born-again can equally choose to live in disobedience but that is another issue the main here is not all who are born-again know and have an understanding of what it means to live righteous.

2. Going by what is written in scripture, even from the description given in the very verse you quoted, a babe is born-again. The letter to the Hebrews was written to born-agains and not to pagans or those who are not even in Christ aka Born-again.

A Christian is one who is not necessarily even born-again nor is in Jesus Christ.

Now, a newly born-again believer is a sinner/unrighteous person who is unskilled in the word of righteousness, the same as a 40-year-born-again who lives rejecting the teachings of Jesus Christ. So, a babe can be a born-again. So, it is wrong to assume or conclude that all those that fit the description given in the letter above cannot be born-again.

2. As I have pointed out severally now, a 40-year-born-again man also qualifies as a babe if, after 40 years of being born-again, he still refuses to seek God's holiness and righteousness in order to gain the understanding of what it means to live righteously. This knowledge does not come with being born-again. Rather, it comes only by seeking first the Kingdom of God(holiness) and then God's righteousness.

1. That verse from Corinthians is simply telling you the what of being born of water.

□ To be Born of Water means to submit to the Baptism of Repentance which was first preached by John the Baptist but then reaffirmed by Jesus Christ. According to John the Baptist, the Baptism of Repentance mandates abandoning the Old Law of Moses and nation — and the old man who lived under the stipulations of the Old Law — to embrace instead life and living under God’s New Law and Nation of Priests — becoming a new man whose life is lived under the stipulations of the New Law.

Just as the Old Law was the fountain of living waters for those who lived under it, so also the New Law becomes the New fountain of living waters which those who are born of it are to quench their thirsts from hence Born of Water. What the baptism of repentance also means is that one is no longer to venture back to the Old Law in search of rules to live by. This baptism is marked by the washing of one with water to mark the end of the Old and the beginning of the New. And it is not how it is done that is of importance but rather the reasoning behind the ritual that matters.

2. Your claim regarding babies is not according to what is written in Hebrews 5 which you continue to quote which does not state they rejected what you claim. Rather it says " Anyone who lives on milk is still a baby and IS NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND much about living right." Open your eyes to read and comprehend what is in fact written in that passage abeg. Don't conclude it has to say what you think. Rather, let it speak to you instead.

Things I understand includes these.....


A babe is negative and it's not ok at all, he continue to take milk only even when he ought to have been taken meat. He isn't a joy to the body of Christ and he isn't qualified a Christian. If Christ come today he will be rejected. The milk isn't food for infant Christians, it's to manage to stay alive. He isn't joy of heaven



The meat takers are joy of the heaven, just like a healthy and growing farm products are joy of the farmer.


There is no way the milk and meat takers will be on the same page in the spirit, no sitting on the fence in the spirit. It's either you are with us or against us.i will explain better.


The milk taker or church goer hear the world of God severally but didn't take the oracles or principles of the God from what he heard, he is not worthy.



Babe or milk takers can not differentiate between good and bad, he is such without Holy Spirit, no discernment. Whereas no one can accept Jesus without Holy Spirit. No one say Jesus is God without Holy Spirit.


A babe heard severally, a babe isn't new convert...
