Npower beneficiaries can ask questions relating to Npower payment issues, Npower validation issues, Npower registration, Npower application, deployment, etc and get quick answers here.

Npower beneficiaries getting "the NIN does not exist" when attempting to complete their Npower validation process should know that this is a network glitch, Npower beneficiaries are advised to keep trying until it is successful.

Npower validation is only for Npower beneficiaries with payment issues.

Npower batch c stream 1 backlog payment has not started yet, Npower batch c stream 2 backlog payment for October, November and December Ongoing, Npower batch c stream 2 January, February, March and April stipend will start soon.

Npower beneficiaries with payment issues yet to complete their Npower validation process will not be paid when payment starts.

Npower beneficiaries that entered the account details different from the account details on their Npower portal when completing their Npower validation process will have to wait until the edit button is available so that the correct account details can be updated.

Npower volunteers with shortlisted status will not be paid.

The programme continues even after the new administration.

Asking for a friend, will batch C1 without any backlog still expect stipends in the future as regards the rumoured extension of program from 1yr to 2yrs?

Next payment is centred on npower batch c stream 2. Npower batch c stream 1 was expected to last for 12 months any extra is just an enhancement.
