What Jesus Christ instead told you is that if you wish to enter the Kingdom of God via the Narrow Gate, you are to abandon everything--- family, friends, property, career/business/job, reputation/prestige, etc., --- for His sake - Matthew 7 vs 13 - 14 & Luke 13 vs 22 - 30 & Luke 14 vs 25 -33 . Anything less than that is not worthy of Him. So your case for restitution is not even close to what Jesus Christ asked for.

The Holy Spirit only lives inside of those who have proven themselves Holy in obedience to Jesus Christ so as Jesus Christ explained, in Luke 14 vs 25 - 33 & Matthew 10 vs 37 - 39, you are responsible for making the necessary sacrifices that you need to in order to become worthy of Him, Jesus Christ.
