If as a Pastor, God did not tell him anything about the elections, should he have come out to state otherwise?

There is nothing that would please some people; some pastors emphatically said BAT would not be inaugurated: the prophecies ranged from he would die before May 29th to he would lose the elections to there would be no inauguration.
