2. God told them to go multiply BEFORE they broke His Law to them. Recall what sin is. It is disobedience of God's commandment and teaching, and also transgression of God's Law. Once you commit a sin you transgress the Law in its entirety.

1. Jesus Christ told you that only those who decide to become born-again can benefit from that which He offers. What the means is that Jesus Christ is only a source of hope for those sinners condemned to die who decide to take their chances with Him.

2. Genesis 3 vs 16 - 24 is the condemnation of sin aka the Death sentence that came down from Adam to all of mankind. However, those who choose to do the opposite of what Adam did, like Adam's son Abel, God approves as righteous by His standard. We saw this with Abel, Enoch, Noah, Seth, Abraham, and Isaac... God approved these men as righteous because they choose instead to obey His teachings and commandments, and as a result, they earned eternal life from Him.
