This fellow ought to be sanctioned by the NBA for making such comment on a Lis pendens! Most unethical thing to do. What if the Court for whatever reason(s) rules differently.🤔. He puts the Court n a difficult position. 1 Like |

But court had already admitted the documents moreover the said documents are certified true copies from INEC so why should same INEC reject their own document as evidence citing that it came from local government levels hence can not be tendered as evidence? So how did they arrive to the results they collated in Abuja which led to their declaration of a winner is it no longer results presented from local government areas then to state before the Abuja collation? When you want to determine the cause of a problem you must start from the root. You don't just start from the effect. The simple thing here is that INEC has been caught off guard and about to be exposed. All I know for sure is that this case is going to be a long ride for LP but surely the truth will be revealed cos INEC can not reject its own very document as illegal else they will have to prove it. Una see this money weh Yakubu chop take impose a leader on us all e go hook am shebi the other man called Apapa don rest now he doesn't come to court again to drag leadership of LP and to request that all LP case in tribunal be withdrawn. We are watching! 2 Likes |

"A legal practitioner and social critic, Inibehe Effiong has urged people not to panic over objections to admissibility of documents by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, at the ongoing hearings at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal, saying it is a distraction." Waste of time ! Nigeria has the most corrupt court in the world. Check Nigeria history and ask yourself this question: when has the presidential election result been overturned? If your answer is never, then, why continue the foolish litigation? The way to win a court case against Bola Tinubu election is to move the case to UK. In the UK, the court looks at the fact , not my tribe or your tribe , period. |

tinsel: "INEC’s counsel, Pinhero told the court that the electoral body (INEC) kicked against the tendering of certified true copies of the documents, mainly election result sheets, on the grounds that they were strange to the petition." Does this ring any bells in your head? |

Corridon:inebehe and u are obviously illogical... When PDP adeleke was in court with oyetola APC INEC defended and sided with PDP adeleke.. and since INEC was petition by APC oyetola in Osun State INEC had to defend herself and the process conducted... So why are u guys expecting something different because it involves una cheap Messiah Peter Obi... INEC was petition by PDP LP so INEC ll defend the process that announced APC and tinubu winner...
