So you are saying that INEC gave forms EC8A of those states to LP lawyers and after LP lawyers looked at them and saw that they were the same thing as what INEC announced, they still carried it to court?

Again, are you aware that every LP polling unit agent had his or her own copy of Form EC8A from every polling unit in Nigeria which was submitted to the party?

You will soon wake up to reality.

Lol, INEC gave them form EC8A that contained results different from what they declared, right? Just dey play.

Una too get strength to argue. The outcome of the argument here won't change the verdict of this case. So, what for it!

However, the biggest challenge of Labour Party was not having enough party agents to man their votes across the country. This is one requirement every serious party that wants to win an election must meet.

If INEC could successfully do what they did in Rivers State, then this entire election results lack credibility.

It's means anyone that take an oath and break it can not be trusted, at the same time someone that jump from one party to another is a desperate can do anything possible to get whatever he is looking.

If you are a lawyer, you will understand what that means. One it means Peter obi lacks credibility. U can bring his past action to show he could not have won the election based on the fact that he is
a serious decampees and as such his party can't win. Again that a party that was just brought to limelight cannot win an election base on previous elections in Nigeria. That also some of his supporters may be not be favourable with decamping with him and as such he will lose votes. They will use that an compare with their own candidate who had been consistent. Those facts they quoted is in order in court. You may think that those statements are bear parlour facts but in reality they are cogent facts.

Some of these obedients are ignorantly funny. They are masturbating over certified true copies of state results that were given to them by INEC as if the results are different from what INEC declared. They have provided One single evidence of rigging yet they are making noise and misinforming gullible folks all over the place.
Why is Inec objecting their own documents?

Standard procedure. Some of the states and local governments were not disputed in LP’s petition so they shouldn’t be presenting them in the first place. Secondly, INEC must be sure they actually presented the correct documents they were certified by them and not some Aba made documents.

False.

These are not pertinent to the case.

Get lost if you don't understand what oath means. Constituting a political statement into Oath is ridiculous. Politics is a game of interest and no one is bound to remain in an abusive marriage or an association where they have lost relevance.

A statement is not synonymous with an Oath.

If your second reason is the case why objecting when you have not seen the documents. You first see the documents, go through it and then object on the ground that it's not authentic. On your first reason Lp and Obi filled for 11 AND other states. So everything is included but the 11 states are sacrosanct. The LGs are they not in a state?

Zombies are just giving themselves false hope, these Obi supporters are not tired of propaganda just provide us wit the evidence of your form EC8 Ina an election that you only have about 60 percent agents across the pooling units in Nigeria. Zombies forget to quote the constitutional requirements of being a member of a political party for at least one year and your name must appear on member's register of political party submitted to INEC 3 months before the primary election

We don’t have to continue with the unnecessary back and forth. Hopefully, we shall all be here when the tribunal will rule on the matter.

No.

INEC gave LP lawyers forms EC8A containing the same fraud they declared and LP lawyers foolishly took it to court to help prove that Tinubu won.

And again, LP doesn’t have their own forms EC8A from the states they are contesting.

And my grouse with you is your failure to understand that we are on the same side.

And your problem is your failure to read through what I wrote or at least check my antecedent.

Ibos are funny... Quite emotional and less tactful

Obi is representing himself and APC lawyers are going after his credibility

A man who swore on video not to leave a party that made him two terms Governor coming to court to claim he is the president after failing to win popular vote or 2/3 majority in 26 states..

The lawyers want to make him look stupid, waste his 180 days before nailing him

.
The only emotional people are those who beat Thier brothers during governorship election because they look like Omo ibo after obi won Lagos grin
Yikes grin that show bigotry will forever be a thing of shame to them kiss

As if it's only Igbos that voted him there

There's nothing stupid taking back the states he won even if it's not enough to win.

You people are the most slanderous people I have ever met both at work and in person

Na person wey no know una

The judges are not dumb .so far , they've been doing excellently well

Isn't it ironic inec are now denying Thier own results?
Inec that should be neutral is taking side. Is that what you call politicking?

1.Tinubu said he doesn't believe in Nigeria

2. Tinubu said Buhari will change Nigeria for good how is it

3.tinubu protested against subsidy what is he doing today?

Talk about eating vomits cheesy

Can you quote the section of the constitution that says that a person must have been a member of a political party before contesting election in the party?

Secondly, can you say what the law states as the consequence of someone’s name not being in the name a party submitted to INEC and he later emerges as candidate?

Third, are you sure you understand the difference between the Constitution and the Electoral Act or are these two documents the same thing in your world?
