1. We recruit a suitable staff for you and make a one time deduction of 30% on each staff first salary only. if any staff decides to live before the tenure of one year we will send you a replacement for free within the range of one year on each staff employed through us.

2. CONTRACT PAYMENT:-

With contract payment, we charge a considerable amount on each staff employed on a monthly basis and we shall pay the staff their salary through our office payroll. I.e If your company employ 20 staff from MDRecruit Agency, We are going to be the one paying the staff through our payroll while your company disburse the salary monthly to MDRecruit Agency account.
