As in, imagine the confidence of a judge to comfortably rule that giving 3 day ultimatum was the basis of dismissal of the case?

Even if that is unrealistic should that lead to dismissal of the case? Should it not prompt ICPC and EFCC to rather apply for an extension of the ultimatum to afford them ample time to carry out a diligent investigation?

The problem is that we have been so used to lackadaisical attitude, and gross ineptitude in the public sector that normalcy has become abnormal and even a punishable offense.

Festus Keyamo acted beyond his boundary. Are ICPC and EFCC under his purview to have given them 72 hours to investigate Atiku? Go back and read the judge judgement where he made submission that truly Festus Keyamo can write to any investigative agency to investigate a matter but has no right to push them on how to do it. Festus Keyamo doing that means, he want to be the judge over his own case. Meaning he truly acted as an errand boy the judge called him.
