Nigerians taking advantage of fellow Nigerians but they tend to blame govt for everything.

They buy for cheaper rate yet most stations sell at higher rate but the masses blame the govt.

Anyway only the ibos will embark on the proposed NLC / IPOB strike.

Nigerians have moved on.

You said you remove subsidy you are still determining the price, why not give license to people that can import and let the market forces determine the price.......

This will happen very soon.

Doing that during the subsidy regime ,will take us back to the very dark and corruption driven ages.

God bless you for this wisdom... Your generation and generation yet unborn shall be blessed... And for those netwits saying trash Nigeria will fall on you... Revert to the old price by the end of June you can change it to the new price what's the difference between now and the end of June..... How many states have the fcked up NLC gone to protest after the states government refuse to pay the 30k.minimum wages or how many days did they come out to protest when emefuleeee wanted to finish us because of greed...

What NNPCL is doing by pegging the price is unconstitutional, and an affront on the right of petrol businesses and a shameless display of double standards.
No doubt, subsidy is an organised crime that successive governments orchestrated but now have no idea on how to control it than to totally remove it.
Our leaders are just lazy and bereft of ideas to fight corruption. NNPCL should remove that peg and allow anybody wiling to import to sell at prices sufficient for them. If we want to upgrade from poverty capital to Poverty itself, let us do it with dignity. Since we only want this administration to favour just ourselves and our families... Bola! On your mandate we shall stand.
A lot of Petrol stations in Lagos are selling above #488

NNPCL is not fair on this at all. If the depot price for marketers is 479.50 then how much will the filling stations sell. What of logistics money and the maintenance of filling stations. Nigeria is just too hard for individuals and business owners
They can sell at whatever prices dey want

In Lagos, a lot of Petrol stations are selling above #488
