So, the 25% in FCT petition was not dismissed because it lacks merits,it was simply that the court lacks jurisdiction to hear the matter.

They are creating the narrative that the suit that was dismissed to stop Tinubu inauguration at the FHC was done because the 25% in FCT doesn't have merit,but the fact is that the suit was dismissed because the court lacks jurisdiction to hear the matter.

You still can see the huge difference between those two narratives ?

They are trying to make everyone believe that the 25% requirements in FCT have been dismissed by a FHC ,so the prayer made by HE peter Obi and his legal teams on that basis will also be dismissed because it doesn't have merit.

HE peter Obi have always made a stand he will remove fuel subsidy and how he's going to go about it.

His dentist and tooth analogy he made in his tweet was the all about how he's going to achieve that.
He is strongly against the sudden removal of fuel subsidy without putting thinks in place.
