Today in History: Dora Akunyili died. Prof. Dora Akunyili, (1954-2014). The incorruptible DG of NAFDAC who fought doggedly to eradicate unsafe products. In 2001, she became the NAFDAC boss. By 2006, she reduced fake drugs circulation from 80% to 15%. Gone but not forgotten!
