I think he might be, but he knows so much and sits on so much resources that he doesnt have to fight anyone or struggle for relevance. Obasanjo on the other hand loves to be the loudest in any room, and Buhari is just plain wicked. GEJ is a good man who really didnt envisage he would be president so was never prepared.
