In 2012 Tinubu and Buhari came out to say there was nothing like subsidy. We are not all dump, of short memory or of crass recklessness. If Tinubu had said in 2012 there was nothing like subsidy, what is he looking to remove now?

Some of you play politics with everything. Decency demands that when you are wrong, you apologize and move on.

I do say it that, all these small marketers/fuel station owners are fraudsters. People building one or two filling stations is a NO.. NO for me. The so called petroleum marketers are very fraudulent. They are only in the business because of smuggling or selling at extortionate prices. They have been making noise since about importing fuel since now that they have removed subsidy and allow them to import instead of only NNPCL .....lol. Them don dey shake.

That's not how it works. Subsidy rebate claims are made by oil marketers. They work with NNPC insiders to present false claims but the claims are made by marketers.

For further understanding: the subsidy is not based on what you buy from NNPC. It's based on how much you sell at the pump, and it is paid after sales not before.
