Our Naija banks & daylight robbery are like 5&6. I would have stopped banking with them but I don't really trust all these Fintech companies (digital banks/online money platforms). They could turn out to be ponzi schemes, with no help from the CBN.

ACCESS BANK has made me to stop blaming people creating nuisance in Banks. ACCESS BANK electronic banking system is fraudulent to unsuspecting customers. The credit / debit alert is not informative like the normal banking alerts. Using ACCESS BANK ATM to transfer money is also with TRAP. The name of the recipient is not displayed for confirmation as it is done by all other banks and POS platforms. If you mistakenly enter one wrong digit among the ten digit account number, your money is gone.

I have lost money to ACCESS BANK four times, the fifth one happened on May 23. I transferred money from my Access Bank Account to my UBA Account using Access Bank ATM at Ogba. The first transfer ended successfully, I was debited, 2 minutes later on the same ATM, I did another transfer to the same account, it ended successfully. Just while about to leave Access Bank, I got a reversal of the last transfer but the first transfer which was fifteen times higher than the last was not reversed. After about an hour, no alert on my UBA account. Then I know I have entered ACCESS BANK one chance again.

UBA requested for session ID, I gave them the debit alert on my phone, they said it is wrong. I went to Access Bank, they refused to give me session ID, they promised to resolve it. Up till now, it is the same story. I met many other people requesting for session ID as requested by recipient banks but none was given. One of them created nuisance in the bank.

Banks can frustrate people. Poor people with the money as last resort can create nuisance unintentionally.

I was there when it happened. He wanted to make withdrawal but the bank started applying protocols. When he decided to raise his voice, one of the cashiers now told him that no matter how loud he screams, they won't give him the money so the guy started shouting.
And one idiot above is saying it's ordinary 2k

Is it not better you start using their APPs for your transactions rather than the ATMs?
