IVM buses and mini vans are commonly used both in the east and the south-west but talk about their SUVs and sedans? They are not getting enough patronage yet (part of the reasons you stated already).

However, our government and even the rich easterners are not doing enough to be sincere. I'm yet to sight an eastern government convoy of IVM cars. It'll take alot for IVM to break into the Nigerian market due to quite a number of reasons; affordability, reliability & trust, warranty service, etc

Most of Innoson parts are produced locally. From batteries to wipers, brake pads to the lights, tyres and upholstery etc. All gotten from Nnewi and Enugu! It's mainly the engine that is imported.
