Honestly I am shocked. How can these governors be this heartless? It means that all these while federal government has been saying they paid 20million Nigerians a certain amount, they actually released the money but these wolves in governors seat high jacked them.

Look at all what the man said on that video, even if the governors gave the beneficiaries N2.5m from the N3.2m, it it still fair enough. They reduced the number from 5000 to 300 and still reduced the money.
What this means is that the governors pocketed over N14B from this.
