Historically and culturally, Ika is more of Bini. Their monarch will tell u of their ancestry and many of their surnames are Edo such as Irabor, Agbogu, Ovia, Okoh etc. It's the spoken language that have mixed with Ibo. Near Agbor is an Esan town called Ekpon, cos of mixing with Ikas, d younger generation now speak more of Ika so those that don't know would tell u an Ibo speaking tribe is in Esanland called Ekpon whereas Ekpon has no relationship with Ibo. The older generation all speak Esan but d younger ones cos they mainly go to schools and markets in Agbor speak Ika. So language is not a proof of ethnicity otherwise all d many southern Kaduna tribes would be grouped as Hausa cos their lingua Franca is d Hausa language.

Agbor has boundary with Edo, so of course there will be some Edo people amongst the Ika. Ika people speak Igbo language. "Come" in Ika is "Bia". The king of Agbor is Ikechukwu Keagborekuzi, his name and surname are both Igbo

Another thing with the Ika is that they have something that is found only in Igbo communities and that is the 4 market days of Afor, Eke, Oye and Nkwo

Wrong. Not only Igbo that have 4 market days. Esan and Bini and all d Edoid (Idu) tribes like Etsako, Urhobo, Isoko all have 4 market days. As I said, d Agbor royal family is of Bini origin, d name of the Obi does not make him Igbo. Traditionally, Igbos are republican, never had royalty till d British introduced paramount chiefs after indirect rule but Ika have a long history of monarchy cos of their association with Benin. Mind u, d Scots bear William, Alex and Rodney like the English but that does not make them Englishmen
