President Bola Tinubu has just suspended the Governor Of Central Bank, Godwin Emefiele and according to reports he has been directed to immediately hand over to the Deputy Governor (Operations), who will act as CBN Governor pending conclusion of investigation and reforms. Meet Mr. Folashodun Adebisi Shonubi the Deputy Governor (Operations), Central Bank of Nigeria. He was appointed Deputy Governor of Central Bank Of Nigeria on 10, October 2018 by Former President Muhammdu Buhari. Before his appointment as Deputy Governor (Operations) of CBN, Folashodun was the Managing Director of the Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement System Plc (NIBSS). Mr. BAT is demonstrating so much tenacity as the president.... And i hope he is able to continue demanding accountability and holding people responsible whenever there is course for concern regardless who is involved. Else what he is doing now would be seen as political witch-hunt on marked targets. |
