EMEFIELE, NOW IN DSS CUSTODY

The Department of State Services (DSS) hereby confirms that Mr Godwin Emefiele, the suspended Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) is now in its custody for some investigative reasons.

The public, particularly the Media, is enjoined to apply utmost caution in the reportage and narratives concerning this.

Which Court?
He will be allowed to leave peacefully, they don't want him throwing names around. That's why it's an SSS job not NPF.

It's best he left... Someone whose letter of resignation should have been the first thing on Tinubu's table on May 30.

First, why do you have to wait till this time before leaving that office? He thinks Tinubu will allow him continue or overlooked all his atrocities against his presidential ambition? Secondly, the route in which he chose to abscond is a wrong one, Lagos of all places, Tinubu's stronghold... Instead of him to take escape through Cameroon, Chad, or Niger Republic which his former boss have firm ground and can help make his escape effortless...
