Here in Enugu state inside inside Bush for plantation farming is 200k per plot. That's 1.2 million per acre!

Some parts of the southwest, middle belt and North will even give you free land to encourage you to invest your funds in their communities.

It's a way of stimulating economic activity from land and nothing else. Go to Akure, ask for the same acre and see if they won't slam price on you.

I guess developer don't understand this concept, that's why nobody visits their region.
