Nice, that is how they keep fixing their lazy kids in these Parastatals in exchange for political favours while other diligent hardworking Nigerians are out there wallowing in poverty and unemployment. Na wa. The things we see and hear in this country is often disheartening. No Fairness, No Equity, No Justice anymore. Every Nigerian is part of the problem. Nigerians are just too selfish and self centered. And the system is on auto pilot to rob Peter to pay Paul. Worse still, Nigerian parents are part of the cause. Right from primary schools, parents blatantly teach their children to cheat and pass exams. Some tell their child that they are paying heavy school fees and the children must pass at any cost. So they are encouraged to cheat. At the Secondary levels, they bribe teachers to make their children pass and even buy WAEC exam answers for them to cheat and pass. At university level, the cheating continues at higher level. After university, the parents bribe and pay for jobs slots for their dull brained children ahead of candidates that are better academically and intellectually. What pisses me the most is when people come to give testimonies about how they were least qualified and did worse in an exam or interview but end up with the job ahead of others that were better qualified. How did that happen? They will tell you, it is God's favor. My take is ... Pure lies. When it favors you, you will call it God's favor. But the people that were qualified and did better in the interview will go home and complain to people that they were robbed of the job as it was man no man case. As someone is celebrating and claiming it as God favors, another man is crying and calling the system a rot and unfair. That is always the true situations.
