Both.

Is it that you don't have money to smoke today or you've smoked the wrong weed....
Why is Tinubu now your nightmare, What's the link b/w Tinubu and this topic.

He is right mr. There is no job in Nigeria. Graduates past 10 years ago are still unemployed or underemployed and you want to encourage people more to go to school and come out with certificates roaming the streets for jobs. Let me tell you, Countries like America don’t pay any attention to degrees and certs, they pay more attention to skills. Some will even train you. This is what moves this country forward.
Create avenue and empower people with useful skill set and not some dog shit useless paper. Most of them can even change their light bulb

You just have no mental capacity for constructing a constructive question.
You need to see a specialist

Okay sir... May God heal you from bitterness and spirit of strife. Never see anything good in somebody else.

Empowerment is different from being educated.
We should stop mixing the two together..

The literacy rate in Nigeria is just slightly above 60% of our population. We need more educated people in our society.

Jobs will be created automatically if we have more sane society.

You can see what is happening in Fintech industry here, if not for covenant university and some private schools, we'll still be behind some African countries..
My brother most of these Chinese people never taste the four walls of schools but they have changed the face of their country and now changing the face of the world. The rate at which we place premium on books is alarming and had not yielded us any progress. Create an enabling environment and the illiterate men and women on the street will be able to think out of the box. Education is just an addition but common sense rule the world.

My brother Chinese guys you're talking about attended technical schools!
Technical school is still under the umbrella of "Education". Chinese don't just wake up and starts producing phones.

There is nothing good to see in you,
I have no bitterness, I am not even ObiDient, so don't go there.
Somebody set up a committee whose members have not even finished reading their mandate, and have in your sickness giving a pass mark. For what now.
Are not funny?
You are part of the bigots killing this country.
If any president gives 24 hour electricity to Nigerians, irrespective of his ethnicity, Nigerians from every ethnicity will embrace him.
Please stop fooling around, it is sickening

APC e warriors at it again. Keeps flogging dead horses, which useless loans are you dreaming about? Trying to market these deceptive characters, why has a non existence mirage taken the front burner amongst legit issues plaguing the country? Why can't The AGBADO in chief declare state of emergency in the power sector? Why is the supply of pipe borne water not taking the centre stage? You are here Trying to deceive and sway the youth with one stupid loan jingle.

This government is barely 2 weeks and has implemented 2 far reaching reforms: the ending of petrol subsidies and the floating of the Naira.

Rome was not built overnight.

As per the power sector, did Tinubu not just sign into law a Bill relating to the electricity sector, enabling further liberalisation. Part of the Bill allows individual or companies to set up power of 1 MW or less without seeking a government licence.

I am apolitical. Patience is of essence.

The technical school is just like entrepreneurship where skills are developed but in our own we only digest theory and end up been not useful to the society but later get certificate upon certificate.
How has our certificates better the country? My brother, let the right thing be done by investing heavily on human capacity and development that will harness the potentials of Nigerians for the good of Nigeria. All these investment on irrelevant thing can help the nation. There is no substitute to entrepreneurship and technical knowledge for country development.
