No. Not only the courts that decide what is illegal.
The swearing in of GEJ was not preempted
by our constitution yet his swearing in was not declared illegal because the Nigerian society approved it as doctrine of necessity the NA only sealed.
Before the advent of courts, human society decide what is illegal as dysfunctional. Man is not made for rules but rules made for man.

I supported Tinubu statement 100%. Any court order that try to truncate our democracy will not be tolerated and as a matter of urgency Tinubu should remove all tribunal judgs or post them to sambisa forest Court house, appoint new minister of Justice and Artonney General, new NSA, new IGP right now.

Then open Pandora case and Nwofor case and Obi should be dock to answer questions. Then Atiku my own party flagbearer a k a "defiant" should explained the sale of Nigerian govt properties and should be dock too. I mean now.

Judiciary is our problems in this country, where are they when former president is doing such a thing a common man know is illegal.
To kill is it not illegal? And what's their stand when people killed other human being. Now they want people to recond with them.
In a plain language, not only Court know illegal things, Nigerian also know.
The era of Cash and carry in no longer acceptable.
Should president Tinubu didn't mention it in his speech, have they know!.
