LNG exports to Europe were priotized by the Buhari govt to fill in the gap caused by ban on Russian gas export to Europe.

The US has filled the gap and Europe's permanent road to deindustrialization has seen to a dip in energy demand.

Energy demand for heating is now low due to warmer temperatures against during the winter months when it spiked.

Germany is also resorting to coal and postponing the decommissioning of its nuclear power plants.

All these have seen to a crash in gas prices.

The question you must ask is why did Buhari priotize gas exports to Europe to the detriment of local markets.

The answer to this is both greed for Forex to loot and a total disregard to the local populace standard of living.

Buhari remains the worst thing to happen.

The Saudi -Iranian peace deal is also a reason for gas prices crashing .

This peace deal will surely see to a transcontinental gas pipeline from the gas rich Persian gulf being built that will pass through Syria , Iraq and through Turkey onward to Europe .

You will recall the entire reason for the Saudi , CIA, Mossad and MI6 funded Islamic State was to dislodge Russian allied Assad who refused to the gas pipeline proposal to pass through Syria .

The Iranian and Saudi peace deal hopes to ensure gas supply to Europe that is bound to dislodge Russian monopoly to Europe .

Running a country works exactly just like how a father runs his home. As long as you drop money for daily feeding and expenses your family can never go hungry. The country fell into famine beca there is so much misconduct in finance management.

For tinubu to sanction emefele arrest shows he has uncovered evidences of buhari accomplices in fraud but just because of an unwritten rule that a sitting president cannot indict an incumbent one nothing will be done.
