poverty is not A1 (a great many civil servants have their own cars, everyone has a phone);
Security is not F9 (no bomb exploded today, nigeria's independence day)
bad leaders isnt A1, many governors are up and doing. Mr president is one of the best ever.
Electricity is not F9 , we now gave more than 20 hrs power supply daily in ebonyi enugu and many other parts of the country.
How did you even rate this sef? Some times you rate A1 some times F9 for the same level of performance.
