Jannah is the promised paradise or garden in Islam. It’s the same concept as Heaven in English. There are many verses in the Quran that paint a picture as to what Jannah would be like, but the truth is Jannah is unimaginable and can’t be translated into words.
Quran Verse About Jannah:

“Gardens of perpetual residence; they will enter them with whoever were righteous among their fathers, their spouses and their descendants. And the angels will enter upon them from every gate, [saying], ‘Peace be upon you for what you patiently endured. And excellent is the final home.’”
Surah Ar Ra’d Ayat 23-24


إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ كَانَتْ لَهُمْ جَنَّـٰتُ ٱلْفِرْدَوْسِ نُزُلًا

Innal lazeena aamanoo wa ‘amilus saalihaati kaanat lahum Jannaatul Firdawsi nuzulaa
Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds – they will have the Gardens of Paradise as a lodging,
Surah Kahf Ayat 107

MEANING OF JANNAH AL FIRDOUS

The literal meaning of Jannah is garden, and Firdaus is paradise. But to take it further, in Islam, we believe there are many different layers of Heaven. Jannatul Firdaus would be the highest level of heaven, it is where you would find Prophet Muhammad (saws).
