Bank MD aside their official pay are given a small percentage of the entire bank profit. This is a rule by CBN.

So imagin a bank making over 200b in profit, how much do you think the MD will be paid.

I once calculated the end of year payment to a bank ED at its more than 1.7b how much more will the MD get.

The profit is being shared to all staff in the bank.Some banks pay their outsourced staffs part of the profit made.

I knw an ED that was "resigned" last year. From 2017 till when the ED resigned, the ED have been getting nothing less than 2b yearly.
