In a meeting with the African leaders yesterday, Putin for the first time ever, showed the peace treaty that Russia and Ukraine negotiated last year 2022. The “Treaty of permanent neutrality and security guarantees of Ukraine". Which was agreed on and signed by Ukranian officials.

The entire allied force govt forced Nazi Germany and Japan to agree to pay war reparations. It was a joint decision but now you act like it was only the US that came up and enforced it. And it was after a war, The Allied forces didn't just attack Nazi Germany and Japan, because they claimed they were a threat to them and forced them to make economic and military concessions.
