Why is this car scarce in Abuja?
I've noticed that this Honda Civic is kinda hard to find here in Abuja and even when you do see one it's usually abused or not even working.
Why

It's a honda. A horn.

I called it under and not honda ,cause its always underpriced on 2nd hand value.

But that shouldn't be the reason it's scarce cos there are a lot of cars like that too which are also easy to find.
