Obi is a boy, Obi want to be a man but Obi will have to remain a boy.
But 8yrs is not much, very near.

He and everyone else acknowledge the deep rot in the system but because they have been defeated by the system and have lost hope even in themselves. What they should know is that one day, a Daniel will come to judgement. Things cannot continue to go from bad to worse. At some point (breaking point), something will give.
