Enormous Debt By Ikpeazu Responsible For Delay In Salaries, Pensions — Otti by ryloy: 4:29pm On Jun 19, 2023 |
The Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti has disclosed that the delay in salaries and arrears of pensions he promised is a result of fictitious figures and numbers that cannot be confirmed. Otti disclosed this Saturday while speaking at the special thanksgiving service of the member representing Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency, Hon. Obi Aguocha at the Nkwoegwu Central School, in Umuahia North LGA, assuring that at the end of this month, confirmed salaries and arrears of pensions shall be paid and pleaded with the people to be patient. https://punchng.com/enormous-debt-by-ikpeazu-responsible-for-delay-in-salaries-pensions-otti/ |

Always easy to pass the blame to someone else. Thank God the era of blaming PDP & GEJ is over. 1 Like |

he should have factored these into play b4 promising to clear the debts. Let otti not turn out to be the buhari of abia state o.GEJ was deemed incompetent and corrupt and nigerians celebrated when buhari came in,only to realize just after a few years into his first term that gej was miles ahead of him in all respects, including even the corruption fight. It would be a tragedy for abia if otti is not an upgrade on ikpeazu that is as bad as anyone can be as a governor. If otti fails it simply means abia state has been cursed to suffer horrible governance and that the only remedy maybe either renaming of the state or allowing it to be absolved by other states. 2 Likes |

Alex Otti statement is a cover up for not being able to deliver on his campaign promises. He thought that running government is an easy task. |
