12 Unnecessary Information in an Interview Session.

Most times I get confused when candidates asked if the interview session is really over and I say “yes”.

Interview session is a two-way thing as both parties are assessing and evaluating not only the personality but other factors.

However, the following information are quite unnecessary during the interview discussion:

1. Your Age.
2. Your Address
3. Your Ethnicity
4. Your Religion
5. Your Marital Status
6. Your Salary or Pay Slips
7. Your Birth Certificate/ declaration of Age.
8. Your Transcripts
9. Your NYSC Cert or Exempt
10. Your Gap Year
11. Your Bank Statements to show proof of pay.
12. (Please add yours)

Most questions should centre on your ability, skills, knowledge, interest and other behavioral aspects that can influence teams and create impact.

It is as Simple As ABC.
