So directly or indirectly you have now agreed that Tinubu is seating down on a stolen mandate.

NairalandGossip:
With Obi bringing an overwhelming evidence and witnesses who have performed 75% well,
I can tell you all for free that the tribunal will place national security above the rule of law and retain Tinubu as president.

Sadly but truly

Obi though will be so confident that he had achieved what took him to the court and future elections will not be tempered with as everyone is now watching.

Again, it is a win for Obi because it has etched his name in gold and will certainly rule Nigeria when it is the turn of the south again

From what I've seen, Obi has not proven beyond a resonable doubt that he won the election. At best the Rivers result may be overturned and the state awarded to him, but that will not be enough.
The FCT 25% issue might be the strongest case the oppostion have, but even if the courts rule in their favour in that the outcome would be to order a run off election between Tinubu and Atiku as the top 2 candidates.

Majority of Obidients wanted another option instead of ATIKU and buhari. If Tinubu continues at this pace, Peter Obi might never smell Aso Rock ever. Many of his disciples have already shifted camp based on Tinubu’s performances.

YOU WISH BUT SORRY TO DISAPPOINT YOU BECAUSE WHEN YOU TALK ABOUT NATIONAL SECURITY THEN YOU MUST REFER TO A VERDICT IN FAVOUR OF OBI.

There will at least be another election. Which national security? They did not consider national security when they selected Tinubu.

Another election? Dey play.

Close you eyes, meditate a little bit, do you still see any possibilities of another election?

Where are those evidences please. You lack legal mind to understand proceedings, star witness and persuade evidence. Peter legal team has not done anything reasonable in the court. They have not been able to come up with how Peter won the election. You might prove abnormalities in the election process but tribunal is more interested on how it affect your result. For example, election results were not transferred real time as promised by INEC, tribunal interest is how it affects Peter Obi result.

You are doing well. Though you knew he was fooling himself you still wickedestly* took rest away from him.

it affected obi overall results because it was observed that at the various collation centers, obi polling unit results were illegally allocated to other candidates by corrupt INEC collation agents. eg Rivers state

Obi can never be 0resident of nigeria ...

The last presidential election had proved is a political fraudster.... His igbotic motive has been shown to all to see... Where him want do campaign again ? Naa only southeast and SOUTHSOITH fit vote obi ... Nothing more..

Presently , no case at the court... Because atiku presented more evidences in 2019 against BUHARI at the tribunal... It took atiku and his legal team more than 18 months before final verdict was issued at the tribunal...

Same lawyers that fought and stood for OBI And ATIKU CASE in 2019 are the same lawyer eating atiku and obi's stolen fund for proving what dey really knew it will not held any results...

What many obidient failed to understand is that .. Presidency tribunal is far difficult to state ELection tribunal...

No judge will over turn anything....

Tinubu had already put in place his loyalists to critical position....

After the verdict on September... Dey will head to supreme Court and it will take another 2 months before final verdict...

I will advise obi not to contest again.. Because tinubu will perform and he will win second time into office...

I hope that's the reason obi is fighting to finish Because he knew dis is the only change he has

stop dreaming bros... On s bigger note... Obi did not win... He might have been cheated in southern areas... But he failed at the national levels...

Atiku too was rigged by both APC AND LABOUR PARTY... In their stronghold areas...

Same thing happened to Tinubu...

The final verdict will disgrace obi...

From my experience concerning tribunals cases like dis... I think obi knew he didn't win that is why he refused to challenge ATIKU that took second...

Oga rest...

Atiku brought evidences than what obi brought in 2019 and court still ignored him..

U must prove to the court that the total challenging area affect your winning...if not court will fine OBI

Obi will lose the petition because he has not been able to prove that there was significant disruption of the election. And electronic transmission is not a must for collation of results. Obi is gone. Wasted money and time.

i know from.the corupt index position of Nigeria in the world...The court will play to the gallery an pretend its not an outright win for Obi..but decalaring a re- run election ...with that ppl will hail the court, Obi and Atiku will b Happy, but that will b shortlived as Tinubu being the master strategist that he is will employ all instruments of government

using his newky appointed soldiers and strategic appointments ,plus smooth rigging without evidence and win...this time around, therr will b no court case cuz it will b so smooth...

Tinubu will remain the president, but obi and Atiku will force a re-run

Lol. So far so good, Obi has not been able to prove how he won the election.
Only to urchinns, he has tendered the real results in court, and tinubu would have to proof how he won with 10 States without manipulations against Obi 14 States, since according to inec results admitted in court, Obi won Rivers and Benue

Obi is tendering evidences, after that is the arguments and how those evidences prove he won. Just have patience

You dont need witness if INEC certified copies show you won. You just need to show that INEC did very poor addition
oyatz:

How did Obi win?

NONE of his seven witnesses was at the polling unit or collation centre to give first hand eye witness accounts or provided alternative results which showed the votes scored by Peter Obi which was ahead of the other candidates
