Snakes falls off tree and the tree falls on the lion and away from the water and the crocodiles… I think that’s the only way the man won’t fall into the water and into the mouths of the crocs…

However, the lion isn’t stupid, it’s got sharp reflexes and a good hunter. It’ll avoid the tree fall…so man and snake fall away from the river. Snake slithers into the grasses, man becomes disorientated from the fall and the lion enjoys its god given meal. The crocs either watch in jealousy or venture out to tear off some body parts as well

From the picture it's obvious the tree is about to break from the base.. the man should keep shaking the tree .. while doing that, the snake tends to get distracted and might even fall into the water.. and be carried away by it or feasted on by the crocodiles
So, he climbs back to the tree, keep shaking the tree to make sure the tree breaks into the river .. since wood floats on water, he can then us it as means of escape while the river floats him and the tree away to a safe place

Let the tree break gradually, while it's falling flip oneself upward to hold another branch and the tree falls into the water with the snake on it. The crocodile and snake will face each other and the guy needs to swim faster to the other side of the river, also the lion might also want to chase the guy, but will meet the crocodile just after killing the snake and they'll start their own fight.
