Good day everyone, so I started observing some thrush at the tip of my tongue around January this year, although I was not bothered then because the thrush does not look threatening but over time the thrush became wider and subsequently turning into sore accompanied by lost of taste, subsequent pains on my tongue especially when eating. Although I have taken some traditional medicine and I have administered antifungal (Fluconazole) but the sore refuse to heal and the pains did not subside. Please any advice, recommendation, test or prescribed medication will be appreciated, thanks.
