One thing I know for sure about the cases before the PEPC is that a precedence is about to be set no matter what the outcome of this case is.
We're in such a critical time that the fate of the nation rests in the balance (the court and its judges).
With the evidences before the court, it is quite logical to say that even if those evidences doesn't warrant up turning Tinubu's victory to declare another candidate as the winner, the evidences are enough to justify the fact that the election wasn't conducted in accordance with the 2022 electoral act as amended and therefore subject to being declared null and void for lack of compliance.

It is either the judges portrays nigeria to the world as a completely lawless country by sacrificing the will of the majority on the over ambitious alter of a sick and incapacitated grandpa or, send a message of hope to majority of Nigerians and the world at large that nigeria is merely on the brinks of disintegration but still redeemable.

The defendants may now present their own version of evidence which may contradict what your presented......e happen for Osun APC present CTC...inec present their own CTC different from the one they originally issued to APC....Supreme court said na inec get final say......
