OP are sure this is River's state? This is beautiful. The government should extend this development to old portharcourt, people with old building should be made to sale it to someone who will demolish and build a new modern structure or be made to remodel it. |

Parachoco: South east and south south were PDP strongholds, former Eastern region , former biafran territory, nothing on earth wil change that, how come no one wants to attach to you or be in the same country with you, something is really wrong .
