A human who has been feeding fat off government treasury (and other nefarious activities) is being criticized for expending taxpayers' scarce resources on inconsiderate entourage. He is the same person whose unguided actions and utterances recently oversaw (and is overseeing) the hike in prices of various goods and services, and the accompanying inflation.

And other sane citizens (or patriotic citizens if you like) deem it best to justify such extravagant behaviour at public expense with a video of a campaign rally in progress (this time, funded by individuals, not public purse). In fact, one of such citizens termed it '200' vehicles (how many did you count in the video yourself though?).

We were here when they propagated the Buhari gospel. We were still here when they saw perfection in all he did for the second time.
