The military needs to review how their personnel's gets promoted.
You can't force the President to work with people he does not have confidence in to deliver.

Generals without War Experience are they Generals? These are Contracts Seeking Generals, Civil Service Oriented Generals...without Combat Experience...Why not Streamline and make stringent Rules for Promotion to the General Cadre...than A Bandwagon approach to the Pyramidal Structure.
