I called someone. He said he is no more working there but what they did to him was paying only employees contribution by cash but refused to pay employer contribution.

In my own case, they did not pay me anything and is more than 3years I left them.
Last time I called (3 months ago), the HR & ED warned me not to call them again

I worked with government agency and I am having same issues with pension remittance. I have worked for 18months but have gotten remittance for 10months only though IPPIS is responsible for our own remittance, what should I do as this is a concern not just for me but almost 5000staffs recruited in 2021

Yours is a special case and it cannot be handled in isolation, until government rectify the glitch in IPPS the problem will persist but I am sure that eventually they will pay up. It would have been easy if it is a private concern, but with government agency all we can do is wait and wait.
