—He added that it’s an unfortunate situation and applied for adjournment .

—LP, BAT/Shett & APC’s Counsel didn’t object to the adjournment

—Proceedings ended at about 10:14am and adjourned till Tuesday July 4th 2023 by 9am

Look at your wisdom, instead of the right person be declared from the beginning, you want the person to go to tribunal when in actual fact, elections should not be decided by the tribunal.

With IREV, the rightful winner is declared and there will be no need for court cases. You're not wise at all
