About starting smoked fish business at ore Ondo state..... In Akure it is sold at the rate of 2500 while some sell at 2000naira but I'm thinking of ore/odigbo axis
being a rural area and me just starting a business,for me to able to sell and also for people to pratonise me well I'm thinking of selling at 1500 which is very low removing 1200 kg per fresh fish,200 wood or charcoal and some other vital things... Is it advisable to start with that in other to draw customers nearby... And I'm going to add selling cutlet fish with it... An idea is and idea anyone in the house please

You can jack it up to 1800/kg. It is still going to be lower than the costs of the other places you mentioned and you will be able to gain something little from it, instead of helping people to fry in the name of drawing customers. What happens when you draw customers and then review the price upwards? Some people would run.
Just make sure that your own dried fish is unique - perfectly dried, no sand and well packaged.

Don't start what u cannot finish.

If you decide to increase the price later, it will affect your sales. They will say your sakara don start cos u don see customer.

As someone suggested, 1800h is good.
