Hello everyone,
Here is another tomatoes stew alternative. It is easy to prepare,fast and yummy. Ingredients below :

Bell pepper
Tomatoes
Pepper
onions
Garlic
Carrot
Beef
seasonings

Celery not cilantro but you can also use cilantro.

the picture below is celery which is not what you have displayed. And I doubt you would use the leaves from celery in your stew unless you are trying to make bitter stew.

I used little from the leaves. I plucked out the leaves thats why it is looking as of it is parsely or cilantro.

But celery leaves are very bitter. Why add bitter leaves to the stew?

Carrot is expensive. Bought one tiny piece for #100

I like eating my carrots raw. Must be leafy - strong woody carrots. Not a fan of baby carrots (though i do eat it when offered) and also not fan of carrots in stews

When I want alternate stew, I go for Kale.

Carrots raw has not really been my things as some tend to be hard to chew so I prefer them stewed or cooked. Makes it easier to chew and swallow.

I love celery stems but you will never get me cooking with the leaves.

I buy the ones with leaf and cut the leaf out myself when ready to eat. I believe the leaf on top keeps it fresh. That's what I think.

Argh! No way! My upper palate don tire for that kain heavy load abeg! Na so my jaw come dey dislocate at one point. No way Jose!
