Most of these manholes particularly in Lagos were constructed by a company called NFL (Nigerian Foundries Ltd.)
My dad worked there and i can tell you dude is about to make a fortune off selling those (well, not necessarily that exaggerated but substantial)

Police should start raiding all these iron foundries who are the buyers of these vandalized road infrastructures because if there is no ready market for the stolen manholes then these guys will stop. There are so many areas not covered by CCTV where these thefts happen daily, those indian and Chinese foundries should be held responsible
