They are taxing basics of survival just to he to the wider masses. That's wrong and a shortcut to raising money from within. Tax luxury and watch demand for import of those luxurous goods decrease thereby easing the craze for forex and strengthening of Naira.

This is what socialists that APC claims to be, do everywhere else except the fraudulent a-looter comrades who have been wrecking our country with propaganda lies.

How did we get here?
How do we get out of here

The poor are the ones choking themselves with tribalism and turn by turn arrangements into political positions.

Mobile telecommunications networks must be monitored, they are exploiting Nigerians, people in America and UK don't spend so much on data.

Tinubu is starting to disappoint. Tax the rich if you must tax and leave the poor masses alone from your tax madness. Only lazy governments really heavily on tax. Tinubu, are you lazy?

Saudi Arabia that is oil rich like Nigeria does not impose personal income tax, yet they're doing well.

Tinubu, block corruption, leakage and overbloated federal civil service.

There are some crucial differences between Saudi and Nigeria.

Saudi has 40 million people, and produces 10 million barrels of crude oil a day. So, assuming oil is 76 dollars a barrel, that is 760 million dollars a day, which 'shared' among 40 million people is about 19 dollars per person per person per day

Nigeria has 220million people, and produces 1.5 million barrels of crude a day. Again, assuming oil is 76 dollars a barrel, that is 114 million dollars a day, which 'shared' among 220 million people is about 51 cents per person per day

Yeah, Saudi does not do income tax. (Most Nigerians don't do income tax either...).

I still maintain that, Nigeria does not have a Revenue problem.
What we have is a Management problem.

All the monies looted are from somewhere.
They have assess to the fund.
...unfortunately, they choose to loot for themselves.
